Nein, das ist kein Muss, Hauptsache das Format entspricht einem der drei Buchformate, die wir bedienen können.

for anything with a little more space (e.g. children's books) there is an extra wide format (format: 15.5 x 22 cm)

No, this is not a must, the essential condition is that the format corresponds to either one of the three book formats that we can handle.
