Für jeden hochgeladenen Text schließt du mit GRIN einen je separaten Publikationsvertrag ab. Die Kündigung muss somit stets textbezogen erfolgen.
Nenne uns also in deiner E-Mail bitte die Katalognummer(n) des Textes/ der Texte, die du kündigen willst. (Diese findest du deinem GRIN-Konto unter: "Meine Texte"). Du kannst ggf. also auch nur einzelne Texte kündigen!
Erst wenn ein GRIN-Nutzerkonto keine aktiven, also veröffentlichten Texte mehr enthält, wird/ kann auch der dazugehörige Autorenaccount endgültig gelöscht werden.
Texte kündigen
Maßgeblich sind immer die Bedingungen deines Verlagsvertrag mit GRIN.
Die Vertragslaufzeit entnimmst du bitte deinem Vertrag.
Texte für die das Vertragsmodell: "Garantiertes Einmalhonorar" gewählt wurde, sind gemäß Verlagsvertrag nicht kündbar.
Den Vertrag des jeweiligen Textes findest du in deinem GRIN Konto unter:
“Meine Texte”. Klicke in dieser Übersicht zunächst auf den Titel des Texts.
Dann kannst du links in der Navigationsleiste auf "Autorenvertrag" klicken.
Das Datum des Vertragsschluss wird dir beim jeweiligen Text in deinem GRIN Konto unter Autorenvertrag angezeigt:

Uns genügt eine Kündigung per E-Mail.
Sende deine Kündigung per E-Mail an unser GRIN Support Team: [email protected]
Verwende hierbei bitte die E-Mailadresse mit der du bei GRIN registriert bist (die Mailadresse in deinem GRIN-Konto) und nenne auch die Katalognummer des Textes, den du kündigen möchtest.
Wir prüfen im Anschluss den Veröffentlichungsstatus und setzen die Kündigung des Textes zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt um.
Wenn du lieber postalisch kündigen willlst, dann sende uns das Kündigungsschreiben bitte an unsere Redaktionsadresse im Impressum.
For each text you upload, you enter into a separate publication agreement with GRIN. This means that, if you wish to cancel, you must always do so on a text-by-text basis.
Please therefore state in your email the catalogue number(s) of the text(s) you wish to terminate. (You can find these in your GRIN account under: “My Texts”)
Only when a GRIN user account no longer contains any active, i.e. published, texts will the associated author account be permanently deleted.
Cancellation of texts
The relevant conditions are always the terms of your publishing contract with GRIN.
Please refer to your contract to find out the contractual term.
Texts for which the contract model: "Guaranteed one-time fee" has been selected cannot be cancelled in accordance with the publishing contract.
You can find the contract for each text in your GRIN account under "My texts". In this overview, first click on the title of the text and then click on "Author's agreement" in the navigation bar on the left.
The conclusion date of the contract is displayed in your GRIN account under "Author's agreement":
Submit cancellation
All you need to do is send us your cancellation by email to our GRIN support team: [email protected]
Please use the email address with which you are registered with GRIN (the email address in your GRIN account) and also state the catalogue number of the text you wish to terminate.
We will then check the publication status and apply the cancellation of the text as soon as possible.
If you prefer to cancel by regular mail, please send your letter of cancellation to our editorial address in the imprint.
