Publizieren von Texten bei GRIN
1. Text hochladen
Öffne zum Hochladen von Arbeiten unsere Upload-Seite.
Du kannst die Datei einfach mit der Maus in das Feld hineinziehen oder klicke auf das grüne Feld „oder hier auswählen“ und lade das gewünschte Dokument einfach hoch.
Der Upload wird dir im nächsten Schritt bestätigt.
Nach dem Hochladen der Datei erhältst du zusätzlich eine automatische Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail.
Hier kannst du die hochgeladene Datei bei Bedarf durch eine andere ersetzen.
Nach einem Klick auf den "Weiter"-Button hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Vertragsoption zu wählen.
2. Honoraroptionen & Vertrag
Du kannst dir zunächst den Vertrag anzeigen: Lies den Vertrag, suche dir eine Veröffentlichungsoptionen aus und klicke auf: „Vertrag jetzt annehmen“.

Es wird dir nochmals angezeigt welche Honoraroption du ausgewählt hast.
An dieser Stelle kannst du den Vertrag herunterladen und speichern.
Klicke dann auf „Weiter„
3. Details zu deinem Text eintragen
Dein Name, Anonym oder Pseudonym
Du kannst auswählen, ob du deinen Text unter deinem echten Namen aus deinem GRIN Account (Klarname), unter einem selbst gewählten Pseudonym oder anonym (ohne Angabe eines Namens) veröffentlichen möchtest.
Triff eine Auswahl und klicke auf „Speichern und weiter“
Weitere Angaben zum Text
Nun kannst du weitere Angaben zum Text machen: u.a. Titel und Untertitel, Kategorie, Fach, Note, Abgabejahr und Hochschule.
Kurzbeschreibung
Trage hier auch eine Kurzbeschreibung deines Textes ein (z. B. Abstract oder Einleitung).
Hinweise an das GRIN Team
Unter "Hinweise an das GRIN Team" hast du die Möglichkeit, uns Hinweise zur Veröffentlichung zu übermitteln (z.B. die Namen von Co-Autoren etc.).
Wenn alle Einträge getätigt sind, klicke auf "Speichern und fertig".
4. Dein Text ist bereit für die Veröffentlichung

Jetzt brauchst du nur noch ein wenig Geduld - wir kümmern uns jetzt um deine Veröffentlichung.
Änderungen der Angaben zum Text
Hier kommst du direkt nach dem Upload zur Übersicht deiner Texte.
Solange deine Arbeit noch nicht veröffentlicht ist, kannst du diese Angaben noch verändern.
Du kennst deinen Text am besten!
Bitte fülle die Formulare möglichst vollständig aus.
Jede Information hilft interessierten Leser:innen deinen Text besser zu finden.
Nur deine Zustimmung zum Vertrag zählt!
Wir veröffentlichen auch ohne Angaben zum Text!
Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist oder ein Feld nicht auf deinen Text zutrifft, dann lasse das/ die betreffende/n Feld/er bitte einfach leer.
Wir ergänzen dann bei der Durchsicht des Textes alle notwendigen Angaben.
Bei Bedarf kannst du dich unverbindlich über unsere Premium Services informieren, mit denen du dein Werk z.B. mit einem professionellen Cover aufwerten kannst.

Publishing texts at GRIN
1. Upload your text
Open our upload page to upload your work.
You can simply "drag and drop" the file into the field or click onto the green button
"or select here" and simply upload the document you'd like to publish.
The upload will be confirmed in the next step.
After uploading the file, you will also receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Here you may replace the uploaded file with another one if necessary.
After clicking on the "Next" button, you have the option to choose your contract option.
2. Royalty options & contract
You can first view the contract: Read the contract, select a publishing option and click on: "Accept contract now".

Done!
You will be shown again which royalty option you have selected.
You may download and save the contract here, then click "Continue"
3. Fill in details about your text
Your real name, anonymous or a pseudonym/ alias/ penname
You can choose to publish your text under your own name from your GRIN account (real name), under a pseudonym (alias/ penname) of your choice or anonymously (without a name).
Make a selection and click on "Save and continue"
Additional information about the text
Now you can add details about the paper, such as title and subtitle, category, subject, grade, year of submission and university etc.
Short description
Add a short description of your text here (e.g. abstract or introduction).
Remarks for our GRIN team
You can provide us with additional information about the publication (e.g. the names of co-authors etc.).
Once all you have made your edits, click on "Save and done".
4. Your text is ready for publication
That's it - congratulations! Now all you need is a little patience - we'll take care of your publication now.
Changes to the main data
Here you may access the overview of your texts directly after uploading them, and you can still edit these details as long as your work has not yet been published.
You know your text best! Please fill in the information as completely as possible, so that interested readers can find your text more easily.
Only your consent to the contract counts!
We will also publish if no additional text specification was given. If you are not sure or a field does not apply to your text, please leave the relevant field(s) blank and we will add all the necessary information when reviewing the document.
