Please check your GRIN account first to ensure that you have entered valid payout data.

Important note: The statement is always sent to the e-mail address with which you are registered with us. Our statements are sent via the email address [email protected]. Please add this address to your trusted senders list to prevent the statement e-mail from being delivered to the spam folder.

However, it is also possible that the quarter has not yet ended and your statement has not yet been completed. After the end of the quarter, it usually takes about six weeks for the associated statement to be completed and sent.

By the way: If you have not received a statement or have not entered any payout data (even for a long time), your fee claims do not expire.

Royalties that could not be paid out due to a lack of valid payment data are automatically paid out during the next payment run after the current bank details (or for authors outside the EU: your e-mail address associated with your PayPal account) have been stored. However, these fees do not appear again in the next quarterly statement, since they were already listed in the previous statements.
