Wo finde ich die Rechnung zu meiner Bestellung?
Die Rechnung für deine Bestellung wird dir nach Abschluss des Kaufs als PDF-Datei zugeschickt. Bei einem Kauf per Kreditkarte oder Apple Pay erfolgt die Zusendung dabei an die während des Kaufvorgangs angegebene E-Mail-Adresse.
Bei einem Kauf via PayPal erfolgt die Zusendung entsprechend an die in deinem PayPal-Account hinterlegte Adresse. Achte deshalb bitte darauf, dort eine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse anzugeben. Je nach Mailanbieter kann es zudem nötig sein, den Spam-Ordner zu prüfen, oder deine Spam-Einstellungen anzupassen.
Bei einem E-Book-Kauf kannst du zudem die Rechnung einige Momente nach dem Abschluss der Zahlung durch einen Klick auf das Feld "Rechnung als PDF herunterladen" ebenfalls nochmal als PDF-Datei herunterladen:
Where do I find the invoice for my order?
The invoice for your order will be sent to you as a PDF file after completion of the purchase. If you make your purchase by credit card or Apple Pay, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the checkout process.
If you make your purchased via PayPal, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your PayPal account. Therefore, please make sure to enter a current e-mail address there. Depending on your mail provider, it may also be necessary to check your spam folder or adjust your spam settings.
