No, unfortunately, that will not work. Once you have completed your order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. This is because your order is automatically transferred to our printing service provider for processing.
All shipments within Germany are sent through DHL. Once an order is finished being produced and handed over to DHL by our printing service provider, you will receive an email containing the DHL tracking number. Upon receiving this email, you will have the option to designate an alternative delivery location (such as a neighbor or a DHL Packstation) or to refuse the delivery if it is more convenient for you.
If a shipment cannot be delivered, it will usually be returned to GRIN after 7-10 days. We will reimburse your purchase after receiving the return. You can place the order again with the correct details.
