The invoice for your order will be sent to you as a PDF file after completion of the purchase. If you make your purchase by credit card or Apple Pay, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the checkout process.

If you make your purchased via PayPal, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your PayPal account. Therefore, please make sure to enter a current e-mail address there. Depending on your mail provider, it may also be necessary to check your spam folder or adjust your spam settings.

In case of an e-book purchase, you can also download the invoice again as a PDF file a few moments after completing the payment by clicking on the "Download invoice as PDF" field:
