We use the print-on-demand technology, which means that the book is printed and bound immediately after placing your order. It is shipped with DHL and you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Delivery within Germany usually takes place within four to seven working days. The delivery time may be slightly longer around public holidays and book fairs. Shipping abroad always takes a little longer.

Please contact our support ([email protected]) if you suspect that a shipment has been lost on the delivery route or that the shipment has already been reported as "delivered" but you have not received it. Please state the invoice number.
